Our hats are all handmade in France with the finest materials. Here are some tips for a hat that stays perfect throughout the seasons:
 
- To preserve its original shape, store your hat in a hat box away from direct light and heat.

- Avoid wearing your hat in the rain.

- If your hat gets wet, dry it with a clean, absorbent cloth or sponge. Silk-recovered parts may be dried with cold air hairdrier.

All our hats are made to order, please allow 5 to 10 days for your order to be shipped. Delivery times are applicable from the date of dispatch.

 

RETURNS
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. This will give you another 14 days to send us the product.
The product must not have been worn or damaged. It must come back to us with the label and in its original packaging.
The refund is made, after verifications, within 5 to 10 days on the card used during the purchase.
