Determining your hat size is very simple: Take a tape measure and measure your head where you want your hat to be, usually 1 cm above your ears.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the next larger size.

For example, if your head circumference measures 56.5 cm, we suggest you take the model in 57 cm, so size Medium.

Our hats are all handmade in France with the finest materials. Here are some tips for a hat that stays perfect throughout the seasons:
 
- To preserve its original shape, store your hat upside down when you are not wearing it. Straw hats are best stored in a hat box.

- A soft nail brush or clean pencil eraser will help remove dust and dirt.

- Avoid wearing a straw hat in the rain.

- If your hat gets wet, dry it with a clean, absorbent cloth or sponge.

RETURNS
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. This will give you another 14 days to send us the product.
The product must not have been worn or damaged. It must come back to us with the label and in its original packaging.
The refund is made, after verifications, within 5 to 10 days on the card used during the purchase.
