All our hats are made to order and conceived especially for you.
Please allow 5 to 10 working days for your order to be shipped.

As soon as the order is sent, you will receive an email with tracking number and the link to follow the delivery. You will be able to check the estimated delivery date of your order.

Delivery time: 2 to 4 days from the shippement date

Delivery time: 7 to 10 days from the shippement date
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of the order. The products must not have been used, they must be in their original condition.

Upon receipt of the package, we check the integrity of the products before accepting the return and requesting a refund.

Refunds of products will be made within 5 to 10 days after receipt of the products on the card used during the purchase.
